Product Description
The TX5010W Series is a high-performance silicone adhesive PET tape designed specifically for temporary surface protection during critical manufacturing processes. Unlike conventional tape, TX5010W is an engineered process protection tape built to safeguard sensitive components like LCD panels, glass touchscreens, and optical films.
It features PET substrate coated with a specialized silicone adhesive and lined with a fluoroplastic release film. This construction provides excellent initial tack, self-wetting properties, and reliable protection under temperatures up to 180°C.
The thickness of tape is 100 μm. It is the ideal solution for protecting delicate surfaces during production, handling, and assembly, ensuring clean removal without residue every time.
